23 years and every VA model. I’ve been a real estate broker for 23 years. I built a traditional team, and today I run my entire operation on virtual assistants in the Philippines. Eight years ago, I started trying every model out there. Fiverr, OnlineJobs.ph, and the big managed companies like MyOutDesk. It wasn’t scalable, and I couldn’t keep building on that foundation.
The decision that changed everything. Five years ago, I let go of my entire US staff. That saved me $600,000 in expenses, from payroll to office space to everything it takes to sustain an organization like that. My revenue barely moved.

It’s a pattern I saw over and over again.
